Returns
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns on all items excluding earrings up to 14 days after receipt. Simply fill out the form below.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are processed via the same method you used to originally pay. We do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, or the event of an uninsured item being lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Be sure to return the item to us by a secure service, in the UK we recommend Royal Mail special delivery, which is tracked, signed, and insured.
